1. Nature of Website & Informational Scope

This Website is provided solely for informational and prospective evaluation purposes. Reviewing case studies, statistics, ROI calculators, or requesting a Free AI Business Assessment does not create a binding client engagement, agency relationship, or technical warranty. Formal automation engineering and deployment services are governed exclusively by a separate, signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW).

Human-in-the-Loop Responsibility: While Foresight implements exception handling and confidence thresholds, the ultimate responsibility for verifying business decisions, customer communications, and operational actions rests with the operating business.

3. User Submissions & Confidentiality Warning

You agree not to submit sensitive personal data, protected health information (PHI), payment card data, or trade secrets through public assessment or contact forms. You represent that any information you provide is accurate, non-confidential, and that you have all necessary rights to disclose it for evaluation purposes.

4. Prohibited Uses & System Integrity

You agree not to use the Website to:

Scrape, spider, crawl, or harvest content, code, or pricing using automated scripts or bots without prior written permission.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of our interactive simulators or proprietary consoles.
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our servers, or introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or malicious code.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

You irrevocably consent and submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
