We started Foresight Management because we kept watching the same story: large companies with well stocked teams of engineers working around the clock on bringing AI into their workflows while small business owners working 60-hour weeks, are buried in calls and paperwork left to figure out the ever expanding world of AI.

The founders

A partnership built on close to 10 years of friendship.

Sai and Sahil met in college and have been close ever since, despite taking on very different career paths. Today we combine hands-on operations experience with applied AI engineering to build systems that actually fit how small businesses work.

Sai is a Senior Applied AI engineer at a Fortune 50 company, building internal AI-powered tools mentioned in major news papers that teams actually use at scale.Sai has spent the last few years deep in AI engineering from building AI agent engineering teams to local RAG systems to rule-based reasoning agents. He handles the technical architecture, integrations, and making sure the AI does what it promises.

Co-founder & Operations Lead

Multi-business owner with 4+ alcohol stores and deep family roots in gas station, hotel, and real estate operations in the Twin Cities. Former Associate at Revenue Rocket Consulting Group, an M&A and growth strategy firm.Sahil has lived the exact problems we solve for small businesses: missed vendor calls, inventory spreadsheets that never reconcile, staff scheduling chaos, and owners who can never fully disconnect. He makes sure what we build maps to real business pain not some theoretical use cases.
