Foresight Management LLC (“Foresight Management,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an independent automation consultancy headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota. We respect your privacy and are committed to transparent, lawful data handling. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, store, protect, and disclose personal data when you visit https://www.foresightmanagement.org, book a business assessment, or interact with our automation systems, in full accordance with the Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act (MCDPA, Minn. Stat. § 325O.01 et seq.) and applicable United States federal and state data privacy laws.

1. Categories of Personal Data We Collect

We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, or is reasonably capable of being associated with you. This includes:
  • Contact & Identity Data: Name, professional email address, telephone number, job title, and company name when you submit our contact or assessment request forms.
  • Business & Workflow Descriptions: High-level operational information, tool stack preferences, and automation goals you voluntarily describe. (We explicitly advise visitors not to submit protected health data, financial account passwords, or confidential trade secrets via public forms).
  • Technical & Network Activity: Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser user-agent, operating system, timestamped access logs, and referral headers collected automatically for security, fraud prevention, and session continuity.
  • Preferences & Consent Records: Theme preference (dark/light) and cookie consent status saved locally in your browser.

2. How We Use Personal Data

We process personal data strictly for legitimate business and operational purposes:
  • Evaluating, preparing for, and conducting your requested Free AI Business Assessment.
  • Communicating directly regarding your inquiries, proposals, or customer support questions.
  • Preventing fraudulent form submissions, brute-force attacks, and verifying web system integrity.
  • Complying with applicable legal, accounting, regulatory, and tax obligations under Minnesota and US law.

3. Artificial Intelligence & Data Protection Commitment

Zero Public Model Training PolicyForesight Management DOES NOT use confidential client data, form submissions, or proprietary operational materials to train or fine-tune public foundation AI models (such as public models offered by OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google). All AI-assisted workflows built for clients utilize private, enterprise-grade APIs configured with strict data retention exemptions and non-training guarantees.

4. Third-Party Service Providers & Disclosures

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We disclose personal data only to trusted service providers who process data on our behalf under written confidentiality and data protection agreements:
  • Infrastructure & Hosting: Cloud server and edge hosting providers that power the website and secure API endpoints.
  • Communication Providers: Secure transactional email and telephony routing partners for assessment confirmations.
  • Legal & Compliance: When required by court order, subpoena, or Minnesota state/federal law enforcement agencies.

5. Your Privacy Rights Under Minnesota Law (MCDPA)

Under the Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act (Minn. Stat. § 325O.05), Minnesota residents are entitled to specific rights concerning their personal data:

Right to CorrectYou have the right to correct inaccuracies in your personal data, taking into account the nature of the data and processing purposes.

Right to Opt Out of Profiling & Targeted AdsYou have the right to opt out of the processing of your personal data for targeted advertising, sale of personal data, or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. (Note: Foresight Management does not sell personal data or engage in automated profiling producing legal effects).
Right to a List of Third PartiesUnder Minnesota law, you have the right to obtain a list of specific third parties to which Foresight Management has disclosed personal data.

6. Notice of Non-Sale of Personal Data

Foresight Management does not sell, lease, or monetize personal information to third parties, data aggregators, or advertising networks for monetary or other commercial consideration. We have not sold any personal information in the preceding twelve (12) months.

7. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)

Our website and business automation services are strictly intended for business enterprises and individuals over eighteen (18) years of age. We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or process personal data from children under sixteen (16) years of age. If you believe a minor has submitted personal data, please contact us immediately for deletion.

8. Security & Data Retention

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of data handled, including TLS/HTTPS data encryption in transit, strict least-privilege access controls, and periodic audits. We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, complete our engagements, resolve disputes, and satisfy statutory tax and business record requirements under Minnesota law.
