A site build is $1,000 flat. If you want us to maintain the code, that is $200 per month. $2,000 includes the build plus a full key handoff so you can maintain it. $3,000 adds a 10-hour intensive on running the site yourselves, including practical AI tools for updates.
How much do AI solutions cost?
Setup of one AI solution (customer service chatbot, document OCR, or knowledge base) is $1,500, then $100 per hour for additional features and $200 per month if you want maintenance. $3,000 includes setup plus 5 hours of monthly stand-by priority maintenance (extra hours $100/hour). $5,000 is setup plus a full key handoff. AI subscriptions stay in your name so you decide what happens with the data.
How long does this take?
A straightforward website or a single AI setup can move quickly. Work that touches several tools, calendars, or document types takes longer because we need your input on how the business actually runs. The free assessment includes a recommended sequence so you know what can launch first.
Will this work with our existing software?
Usually yes. We build around the tools you already use rather than forcing a rip-and-replace. That can include calendars, inboxes, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, hosting, and the systems your team already knows.
Who owns the website and the AI accounts?
Whenever we can, subscriptions and accounts stay in your name. On key-handoff plans you get full access. That way you control the data and can keep or change vendors later without being locked to us.
What information should I share?
Please do not submit confidential, sensitive, patient, client, or regulated information through the public form. Start with a high-level description of the site or workflow. If a project moves forward, we document what information may be used, who approves it, which vendors process it, and how people on your team stay in the loop.
What support is included after launch?
That depends on the plan. Website maintenance is $200 per month if you want us on the code. AI maintenance is $200 per month on the $1,500 plan, or 5 included hours of stand-by priority care on the $3,000 plan. Key-handoff plans are built so your team can run things day to day.
Do I need to be technical?
No. We can keep maintenance on our side, or we can train you. The $3,000 website plan is specifically a 10-hour intensive so owners and staff can manage the site with practical AI tools — without needing to become developers.
